On Tour in Levels 1 and 2

We understand that you may be concerned and your safety is our priority especially relating to Covid-19 with it being foremost in our minds.  We are often asked about the procedures we have in place to safeguard our clients so we have shared some of most common frequently asked questions with you.

What happens if its level 2 during our tour ?

All our tours have a level 2 contingency and in the most part all elements of each tour can be operated during level 2.  The only exceptions to the rule are if a local service provide cannot operate their component of the itinerary.  In this unlikely instance, we will find an alternative activity for the group.

How do you ensure other members of our group don’t have Covid-19

We require all passenger undertaking travel with us, complete a Covid-19 Fit for Travel Declaration Form and return it to us prior to their travel and we provide all clients with Covid-19 On Tour Care Guidelines which they must abide by.

What if I catch Covid ?

Many domestic insurance companies now offer cover in the event you or a family member contract Covid-19.  Check with your insurance provider or contact our travel & tours office.

What happens to my money if we hit level 3 or 4 and the government will not let us travel ?

YOURTravel will offer you a credit to the full value of monies paid less any irrecoverable costs. Every effort will be made to reschedule the tour for a new suitable date.

Should I book late to be safe?
Our tours are very popular and tend to sell out early so to ensure a space we do advise clients to book early.

Can we have an extension to our balance due date if there is a risk of Covid-19 in the community ?

The answer is yes, in fact we monitor the environment and balance due dates regularly and negotiate extensions with our service providers on your behalf.  Safeguarding our clients as well as possible is our priority.  Of course there is a limit to how late we can extend balance due dates.
